We ship our orders through USPS:

Processing time: Same-day or 1-2 days

USPS First Class Mail: 5-7 business days

If you do not receive your order within these time frames, or if you believe your package is lost, we are always happy to investigate further.

No shipping is available to international addresses or on credit cards with international billing addresses at this time.

Pre-Order Policy
Many of our books and gifts are available to preorder and will not ship immediately. They will ship within 2-3 business days of the publication date listed under product details. Publication dates are subject to change without notice.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to buy with confidence, here's our return policy:

All book orders are final sale, except in the instance of a damaged or incorrectly shipped title. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@beeinfinite.org and we will do our best to make it right!

If you still really want to return or exchange a book, you may ship it back to us in unread condition at: Bee Infinite Publishing, 2045 S. Oxford Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90018. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If shipping yourself, please use a traceable, insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Any item returned in unused condition will be refunded (less shipping) to the original method of payment within 2-3 days.
